EMBODY was born from one deep intention: to create a space where one connects to oneself through movement, breath, and body awareness.

Hi, I'm Camille, Yoga teacher, Psychologist in training, and the heart behind Embody. My journey into movement and healing began with the powerful realisation that our bodies hold everything we carry. Indeed, the Awareness of our bodily adaptations opens a pathway towards Emotional Regulation.

In this space, my wish for you is to find a sense of safety, grounded in the freedom to explore what you feel through embodied practices.
